From early experiences as a professional speaker and leadership consultant to roles as an accredited empowerment mentor, Paradise has forged a path grounded in resilience and self-discovery. The fusion of my corporate background and humanitarian work has inspired a coaching approach influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
