Paradise Rodriguez-Bordeaux is an architect of resilience — a woman whose life is defined by the conviction that true strength is built not in spite of the storm, but within it. As CEO, creative, and human rights advocate, she operates at the rare intersection of grounded discipline and intentional empowerment, building systems that allow people and enterprises to thrive ethically.
She has architected more than 2,700 growth strategies for Fortune 500 companies across 51 markets and leads a portfolio of fourteen profitable enterprises, including the business development firm Intenovate™ and the award-winning Léoniea™ Domaines. Her methodology, which she calls Intentional Innovation, insists on clarity over chaos and sustainable impact over temporary noise. By design, at least thirty percent of every company's profits is redirected to community growth.
Her authority was not inherited; it was forged in survival. Born into extreme poverty, she has built every part of her life from the ground up. In 2014, a traumatic brain injury erased five years of her memory — memories that have never returned. Years later, she had to relearn how to walk, an injury that closed her career as a dancer. She has also fought two forms of cancer. Through each recovery, she kept building. As a woman on the autism spectrum with ADHD, she has come to understand her neurodivergence not as a limitation but as the way she sees clearly through complexity that overwhelms most. The mantra she coined as a teenager has carried her since: "You can sit in the corner and cry. Or, you can go out and dance in the rain. Either way, the storm is coming."
She refuses to lead from behind a desk. As President and Founder of The Catch A Falling Star Foundation™, she dedicates more than 3,000 hours a year to hands-on field work, including the rescue of human-trafficking survivors and direct support for survivors of domestic violence. Her commitment to turning personal adversity into collective power is the foundation of her global movement, #ICanBeBoth.
A published author, a Harvard graduate, and an ongoing scholar working toward her Ph.D., Paradise leads every venture by what she calls the Paradise Promise: to build intentionally innovative businesses that promote people, purpose, and progress. Those closest to her describe her as a possibilicist — someone who shows people what is possible, then helps them build it.
