Art: to introduce structured and regularly scheduled listening methods to capture the many diverse voices of our diverse student groups and to share this rich tapestry with the community.
Heart: to be a servant leader who leads with heart and authenticity. To build impactful relationships with relevant Harvard groups to advocate on behalf of underserved student groups.
Science: to use science to establish, measure, analyze and report on DEIB goals for HES. To run facilitated innovation and ideation sessions to co-create solutions for the future of diversity and to resolve current community challenges.

I’m proud to endorse Janine because her vision for a more inclusive HES is something that I deeply respect. Her experience living and working in 30 countries gives her a unique perspective on diversity, and her dedication to listening to underrepresented voices—especially neurodiverse and international students—shows how much she truly cares about creating a space where everyone belongs.
