As Founder and CEO of Intenovate Inc., Léoniea Domaines, and The Catch A Falling Star Foundation™, Paradise has built organizations that reflect the breadth of her work and the values that guide it. Throughout her career, she has structured more than 2,500 businesses for profitability, helping organizations build stronger foundations for long-term success. Her work is guided by Intentional Innovation™, the proprietary methodology she developed to help organizations achieve sustainable growth through strategy, structure, and intentional execution.
Born into poverty, Paradise built every opportunity from the ground up. In 2014, a traumatic brain injury erased five years of her memory—memories that have never returned. Years later, she relearned how to walk after an injury ended her career as a dancer, and she has survived two cancer diagnoses. Those experiences continue to shape her perspective, reinforcing the belief that resilience is not defined by adversity itself, but by what we choose to build because of it.
That belief extends beyond business. As President of The Catch A Falling Star Foundation™, Paradise contributes more than 3,000 hours of direct community advocacy each year, supporting survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking while advancing education, entrepreneurship, and community development. Across her companies, at least 30% of profits are committed to community initiatives, reflecting her belief that business should be a force for lasting, measurable impact.
Beyond business and philanthropy, Paradise is a Harvard graduate, published author, researcher, keynote speaker, and editorial model. For more than a decade, she has represented organizations and causes through pageantry, earning state, national, and international titles while using the platform to advocate for education, leadership, and community service.
As she continues her academic journey toward a Ph.D., every endeavor remains guided by The Paradise Promise™—a commitment to advancing people, purpose, and progress.
