About the Role

Salary minimum $50k a year A digital associate is responsible for handling a brand's social channels. In addition to that, the manager will moderate, monitor and respond to the audience's comments. The primary role is to manage all social media and create partnerships with other existing brands. In addition, the ideal manager will post sharable images and videos.

One should have experience and knowledge of marketing. A marketing degree is an added advantage. Also, one should display an understanding and in-depth knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Interest and YouTube. The ideal candidate should be proficient in content marketing, as well as the application of it. Remember, having excellent language and writing skills is a must.
A suitable candidate should be a team player with the proper skills to take the lead and guide other employees as appropriate. Moreover, he/she should have excellent customer service techniques like patience, empathy and conflict resolution. Lastly, it is an added advantage to have a working knowledge as pertains to the blogging ecosystem, which reflects the company's goals and objectives.
